INCOME - Promoting financial stability & independence to ensure that basic needs of food, housing, clothing & safety are met.

 

HEALTH - Improving people's health status through higher levels of positive health, lower levels of disease and/or improved quality of life.

Community Investment Applications Due - February 10th, 2012

 

Someplace Safe Tea
9th Annual Someplace Safe Tea fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 25th at M-State Legacy Hall in Fergus Falls.  The doors will open at 10:30 for silent auction bidding, the Tea and program begin at 11:00.  All proceeds will benefit Someplace Safe programming.  Tickets are $20.00, please call 218-739-2853 for more information.
 
Income Tax Assistance
Free Income Tax assistance is again available for low to moderate income and senior citizen taxpayers.  Taxpayers needing assistance bring tax forms, all W-2's , 1099s interest statements, income statements, last year's tax return to Otter Tail Wadena Community Action Council on Tuesdays from 12:15-5 pm starting January 31, or by calling them at 218-385-2900.
